Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
After opening the salmon pouches there will be an odour present from the packaging, this will quickly disappear. The eating quality of the salmon is not affected.
Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced between them. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cooked from chilled. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 18 mins.
Cooking instructions: other
To pan fry from chilled Before cooking: Heat 15ml oil in a frying pan. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down and reduce to a medium heat. During cooking: Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. To pan fry from chilled. Moderate/High heat. 12 mins.
