Cooking instructions: ShallowFry
To pan fry from chilled. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Heat 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) of oil in a frying pan or wok. Once oil is hot add the prawns. During cooking: Cook on a moderate heat for 4 minutes. Turn occasionally. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
