This is a raw product and must be fully cooked before eating. Ensure good kitchen hygiene and hand washing when handling raw flour and raw flour products.
Preparation and Safety
Cooking instructions: Oven
Oven cook from chilled. 200°C. Fan 180°C. Gas 5. 10-15 mins. Before cooking Remove pastry from the fridge 20 minutes before use. Remove outer packaging and unroll the pastry, leaving the pastry sheet on the baking paper provided. If the pastry begins to crack on unrolling, leave for 5-10 more minutes. Cut to required size, or as stated in the recipe. If baking blind, prick all over with a fork. Place on the baking paper on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 10-15 minutes. After cooking Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
