Preparation and Safety

Cooking instructions: Oven

Oven cook from chilled. Before cooking: Preheat oven. Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray, ensuring fillets are evenly spaced. Place the baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. Oven cook from chilled. 200°C/ Fan 180°C/ Gas 6. 20 mins.

 

Cooking instructions: other

To pan fry from chilled but can also be oven cooked. If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking. Before cooking: Preheat 1 tablespoon (15ml) oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging. Once oil is hot add the fish to the pan skin side down. During cooking: Cook for 14 minutes on a medium heat, turning occasionally during cooking. After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
