Defrosted Wild Sockeye Salmon (Oncorhynchus nerka)
Our sockeye salmon is uniquely delicious with a beautiful deep red hue and very lean flesh. Every fish is hand-selected for colour, texture and fat content and is high in protein, omega-3 and vitamin D. Try it pan-fried and served with potato dauphinoise, or poach gently and enjoy alongside a punchy salsa verde.
Caught wild in the waters of the North Pacific by a fishery that has been certified as sustainable to the MSC's expert standard.

Preparation
How to enjoy me...
If freezing at home, defrost thoroughly before cooking.
Shallow fry: From Chilled
Pan Fry from chilled. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan.
Once oil is hot add the fish, skin side down and pan fry for 12 mins.
After cooking: Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary.
Do not reheat once cooked. This is a guide only as the size and thickness of the fish may vary.
SAFETY: Although every care has been taken to remove bones some small bones may remain.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date.
Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Once frozen consume within 1 month. This product has been previously frozen and defrosted under controlled conditions without affecting the quality or safety of the product. It is still suitable for home freezing.
Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
